We will ship your order within 2-3 days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges apply per address. In order to get your candy to you quickly, guarantee its quality and offer the most reliable shipping, we ship FedEx Ground to businesses, and FedEx Ground Home Delivery to residences. There are additional shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii, please send us an e-mail before ordering caramels for these destinations and we can advise you of the shipping rates.

We cannot ship Edna's Caramels internationally.

FedEx requires a phone number for all orders; we do not use your phone number for anything other than this.

FedEx Ground and Home Delivery will leave your package at your door if there is no one there to sign for the package. Please note that FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, and cannot be responsible if left shipments are stolen or destroyed. Finally, if you are shipping your order to Minnesota, we need to charge Minnesota sales tax.
