What ingredients are in the caramels?
We use only the finest ingredients, all natural and recognizable!
Edna's Caramels contain butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, corn
syrup, salt and all natural flavorings. Our Almond caramels also
contain almonds.
How long do Edna’s Caramels last?
Usually, they get eaten right away! Seriously, it depends on where
you store them. You can keep them at average room temperature
(around 71 degrees) for up to 2 weeks for optimal quality. If you
need to store them longer than that, we recommend keeping them in
the refrigerator. Prepare them for this by enclosing them in a
sealed container or zip-type plastic bag, and get as much air out of
the container as possible. You can store them like this for several
months. You can also freeze Edna's Caramels. Wrap them well for the
freezer and freeze for up to 6 months. Always bring Edna's Caramels
to room temperature before eating them!
Tell me about the shipping rates.
We use FedEx Ground to ship your Edna’s Caramels because we find
they offer us the best and most reliable service. FedEx offers a
guaranteed delivery date, and they track your package throughout the
entire shipping process. The price is based on the weight of the
package, and there is a surcharge for home delivery. Currently,
FedEx is also charging a fuel surcharge. Their service does cost
more, but we think it is worth it. Our shipping charge covers only
our costs to send your package to you.
When will I get my caramels?
We send your caramels out within 3 business days (max) of your
order. FedEx Home Delivery takes a maximum of 5 days to reach you.
FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tuesday through Saturday. Please be sure to include your phone number with your order – FedEx requires this for delivery. We will not use your phone number for anything other than this purpose! If you
provide us with your e-mail, we can have FedEx notify you of your
tracking number and you can track your package on line at FedEx.com.
Do I need to be home when my caramels are delivered?
No. If you are not at home or work, FedEx Ground will leave your
package at your door.
I don’t want to order on-line. Where can I buy Edna's Caramels?
Come visit us at the Mill City
Farmer’s Market Saturday mornings through
Oct 18 from 8-1. You can also find us at the following Twin Cities stores:
The Premier Cheese Market, Golden Fig Fine Foods, the Wedge Co-op, Corazon gift shops, Spoonriver and Kowalski’s
Markets (look for us in the deli department). Let us know if there is a place
near you where we should be selling Edna's Caramels! Please note that only
the half pound bags and 4-packs are available in retail stores.
How can I get a sample of your caramels?
Simply send us your name and address along with your payment of $4.00
(check or cash only), to Edna's Caramels, P.O. Box 24653, Edina,
MN 55424.
They will be sent to you using the postal service. The samples you
receive will be first quality but may not be our standard size caramel.
We offer samples as a courtesy and reserve the right to limit samples
to individuals and addresses. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Can I order Edna's Caramels for corporate gifts?
Yes – we would be happy to work with you to make sure your event
is a success and your clients feel appreciated. We have worked
successfully with many major corporations and are skilled in making
sure your order is processed correctly and received in perfect
condition on your time schedule.
Edna's Caramels also are a welcome change for
meeting or break out snacks, and can be ordered in bulk for these

We do offer discounts on large corporate or personal orders over

My family reunion is coming up and it’s
pretty casual, what do you suggest?
Go for the 4-pack! It would be great in a gift basket for each
attendee along with a copy of the family tree, name tag, a fun
family history quiz and the props/materials you need for your
ice-breaker games. The 4-pack comes in bundles of 6.
